How 5 + 1 team packages work

Team purchases include free membership for one named Implementation Lead Therapist for every five Therapist memberships purchased. (An Implementation Lead is a therapist who will be supporting others to learn and implement occupational formulation, they need not be in a formal leadership role.) The Implementation Lead membership allows participation in an Implementation Leads discussion forum and complementary access to any future courses focussed on leading implementation of occupational formulation.

Examples: A team of six purchases five Team memberships and receives one free Implementation Lead membership (six memberships in total); a team of twelve purchases ten Therapist memberships and receives two free Implementation Lead memberships (twelve memberships in total).

If the number of therapists and leads in a team are not in multiples of 5 + 1 there are two options:

1.    Purchase the required number of memberships, remembering that for every five Therapist memberships purchased, one complementary Implementation Lead membership will be added. E.g. a team of eight purchases seven therapist memberships and receives one complementary lead membership (eight memberships in total).

2.    Round up the number of therapists memberships being purchased to the nearest five and allocate the unused memberships when new team members join, as unallocated memberships will not expire. E.g. a team of eight purchases ten Therapist memberships and receives two complementary Implementation Lead memberships (twelve memberships in total) and allocates the remaining four memberships as new staff join the team.

Membership rights are allocated to a specific therapist and are not transferable. If new members join the team and no unallocated memberships remain, additional memberships can be purchased individually or in Team packages.
